State Farm® Insurance Agent Joe Oldham

"To start, I would hate to put a 1 star review for this company only because I've had good service with this insurance agency up until my apartment had flooded a couple weeks ago. I've been in contact with my claim handler/specialist Joshua Steensen these last two weeks trying to get ahold of him to setup my housing company. I had initially gotten an extension of a week to stay in a hotel until the housing company has gotten paid. They ended up extending it until check out day, July 31st at 11:00pm. I have not heard from my claim handler/specialist for this last week and have to pay for that said end of the month. I have paid almost $500 dollars my first three days in the hotel. But now, I have paid ANOTHER $251 until Sunday, July 14th at 11:00. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT necessary to not hear back from my insurance specialist or even hear about when I'm going to get reimbursed all of my money for this inconvenience of little to no communication. This really sucks to go through this and have to write a nasty review but this is what it has come down to unfortunately."

Lea even stepped in to single handely take care of our landlord, to make sure we all have the correct documents and dollar amounts needed to please everyone involved. Even though our bill will go up, she did everything with us to get all discounts and definitely made this stressful time not so bad in the end. I seriously could not have done this without State Farm."

"We have been customers of Joe for over 20 years. There is a reason. If we have an issue, he solves it. For example, my 19 yr old son was on vacation and while traveling home, had an accident where a truck in front of him had an object fall out and he ran it over because there was no time for any other reaction. Super proud that he didn’t swerve but it rendered the car out of commission immediately. They were basically in the middle of no-where. Within 20min. Of contacting our State Farm Claims, we had the tow truck on its way, the Body Shop lined up, and the rental car that my child and his friends would drive home. We got updates personally from Joe and his office and he was in constant contact with my shaken 19 yr old. I am so grateful that I have an insurance company and an agent that truly take care of my family."
